Family Update

My parents do stuff without me. Yes, I know -- shocking! Not to brag, but I not only cute, but I am really fun to hang around with. It is indeed hard to comprehend why my parents are interested in doing things that don't involve me, but alas, I am often left behind for some of their more exciting adventures.

Snow Days!

So Vancouver has had a lot of snow days this winter. I love snow. I am great at running around in the snow and especially love to smell each and every last yellow spot. These are some of my favourite 2007-2008 winter pics.

My first post

Hi Everyone,

My name is Mr. Burns. Apparently, I am soon going to be an older brother. Not sure what that actually entails, but my parents and grandparents are very excited.

My parents have mentioned to me that most people have blogs these days (to share news and photos with family and friends near and far). So in an an effort to keep me involved in this exciting time, they have asked me to create one for our family. This is my first blog and I am still getting the hang of typing, so please bear with me.

I am sure that you are very impressed that I have my own blog and would like to know a little more about me. Well, I am 4 years old (don't tell the Blogspot people though, because you must be at least 13 to have a blog). My family sometimes calls me Mr. B, Burnsie or Burns-man; however, I mostly only respond when called if food is involved. I have my Pa well-trained. I spend my days sleeping, waiting for treats and waiting by the door to be let out to pee. I like walks along the dyke and meeting dogs and people, but I am not a big fan of small, yappy white dogs (they scare me). I love getting belly rubs and have several special spots that I am especially pleased if you scratch. I live a pretty good life and I am sure this "older brother" thing should be pretty fun. I wonder if it means, I will get a new toy or bone to chew.

Thank you for reading.

Mr. B
