June is almost here.

With June on the horizon it is the perfect time for a blog entry.

Mirabelle can't say too much yet, but she knows what she wants. Let us know if you can figure it out.
Meet Madeleine, the first four year old teenager.
Ready for a trip! No destination necessary.
Looks like this one's gonna have straight hair.
 Mama and Mirabelle.
The kitchen is the perfect place to hang out...
Be it the real kitchen, or a fake one.

Happy Mother's Day

Sunday was Mother's Day. I hope you called your mother. I would have called mine, but dogs don't use phones. Mirabelle's gift was that of super cuteness.
 Even when she's serious, she's a knockout.
It's Penny's first Mother's Day. Please come back soon. Love Mr Burns.
Madeleine knows how to celebrate Mother's Day in style.
 Four lovely ladies.
 Ready for summer fun.
Hey, wait a minute. What's Papa doing in a Mother's Day Dog Blog post?!?Sneaky devil.
Bonus feature. Madeleine at the skating lesson.

Spring is here

Spring is here! This is the "before" of our garden at London Farm - here's hoping for some carrots come early August...
Wheelbarrow rides with Nana - just like Mama and Cousin Claire had with Nan at the cabin when they were little. They still appear to be as fun as ever.

Spring also brought a beautiful new baby into our lives. I think she is just lovely, but I am very jealous that she took my Penny away. Counting the days until our walks resume!
Welcome to the world, Gwenoviere Lisa Kerry Leggo!

And Nan Leggo came all the way from Newfoundland for a visit!

Waikiki

Turtle Bay was a blast, but we had a date in Honolulu. On the way, however, there was a mandatory stop for some shave ice.
Man have they got amazing food in Hawaii. If you haven't had the plate lunch at the Rainbow Drive-In, you haven't really lived yet.
When you're done at the Drive-In, head up the road for a 6 pack of malasadas from Leonard's Bakery.
 Babes at the beach.
 Surfs up.
We went on a three hour tour!
M1 and Mama snorkelling with the turtles.
Although truth be told, Madeleine like me prefers the boat to the ocean.
Back, to the food. Next time you are in Waikiki, do yourself a favour and get a Hula Dog!
 The only way to travel.
We went to the zoo, it was hot, very hot. This is the only picture. The animal is real.
Hey, no ladybugs allowed in the pool.
 Enjoying the sun poolside.
 Until next time Hawaii.
 ALOHA!
